Adding black silence to the end of a video?

How would this be done using the latest version? Interested in adding several seconds at the end.

Apply the filter "Black" to the last few frames of the video, then add "Still Image" for the duration needed with the time of the last (black) frame as start point. Reencode the video. Please note that the audio track won't be extended (also not replaced with silence).
