Sometimes trying to post from a private browser window helps, sometime both using a private browser window and changing the IP address helps, sometime only changing the email address used to register the account helps (once upon a time, CleanTalk was blocking all .ru email addresses for a while). I'm sorry for inconvenience, CleanTalk is a disaster, topped only by not using CleanTalk.
