CRF brings blocks in most black areas

This isnt avidemux problem but its hard for me search via codecs forums with my poor english.
When im using coding 2pass VBR all ok but 1 pass CRF (example 720p CRF18. original bluray108p) brings blocks in most dark areas... seems at borders between no info and start some info. Also with blocks appears some greenish color, sometimes that color makes looks faces not really good.
Any idea how to fix it or at least smooth?
