Can I add new video or just a picture to existing audio?

I know how to add a differnt audio track to the existing video.

Can I add new video or just a picture to existing audio?

Or maybe there is an easy way to do that with some other app?

Maybe I'm misunderstanding what you want to do, but if you know how to swap the audio, just open your desired video, or image, and add/swap the desired audio.
If the audio is part of an existing video, first open that video and save the audio via Audio/Save Audio.
If you can swap one, you can effectively swap the other.

Thanks. I have an existing video with audio loaded on Avidemux. I want to keep the audio and replace the video with a still picture or slate.

As long as the still picture has the same dimensions as the video, "add logo" filter is your friend.
