Suggestions -2x & conservative timeline

Hi,

to help the guys that edit videos that would be very usefull to have an option to speed up the videos by 2x whant watching/editing the videos, that would gain time to a lot of people.

An other point, it would be also very usefull that avidemux keep the old/previous timeline, because this can help to edit the videos from start to end, otherwise, if we saw a video and we begin to cut then the rest of the video is offset. Usually I watch a video, I write the important minutes, then I go to edit the video if it is needed. Now if I process this way all the timeline is offseted, so I have to rewatch the video, which waste a lot of time according the the first problem described above.
