Hello,

I just installed avdemux to try merge video and subtitles and i was looking tutorial how to add subbtitles, but when i have to pick subtitle filter there aren't any. I dont know why is that or how to add one. I would like at least subtitler.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks for any advice

What version of avidemux did you download and from where? Does it show any other filters?

2.6 only has SSA subtitle support. Check if your player uses/supports external .srt subtitles, in that case you would not need hardcoding (Sony, Samsung, ...)
subtitle .srt test video 23 MB <- download click

I am using 2.6 version but still i dont have any subtitle filters. I have others but none for subtitle. Also i would prefire subtitler because it has support for srt subtitles.

I would like to use the program to make movies with subtitles to watch on tv.

Sorry but that didn't work for me, i copied that file from the downloaded folder but it didn't work and still that doesn't give me subtitler. I found out that the problem is that i don't have the subtitler dll in videofilters folder.

Does anyone know how to get it, can i just download it or do i have to install something?

Need to replace the lot with the downloaded files, not just replacing that 1 file.
