I am new to this program, everyone recommended it but I have never been so confused in my life.
I managed to succesfull remove subtitles from videos, but now that I am trying to convert a MKV file to an MP4 file....its been a nightmare.
I've been trying for 3 weeks and I don't understand why when I select a file thats 48 minutes and 3 seconds long, and I convert it to mp4 it only converts 4 minutes of the episod.
can someone please tell me what on earth am I doing wrong...(if anything)

The mkv file is probably damaged.

I don't know how to check whether or not it is damaged, it is somewhat glitchy playing it on MKV that's why I been trying to convert it.

Edit: looks like there maybe an issue with a few episodes according to the program I used to check for corrupted video files.
Gonna have to download it again and see if this time it will work
