I simply can't find the stabiliser plugin in the filter dialog. Help!

Hello folks,
I want to stabilise a vid from my phone and after doing some searches on the net i found avidemux. Great, but there's only one problem. Despite it being mentioned in the wiki, the stabiliser filter is missing. But i can find the dll in what looks to be the right place on the disk: avidemux_2.5.6_win32\plugins\videoFilter\libADM_vf_Stabilise.dll . I'm using the zip version not the one with an installer.

The latest avidemux is also missing the stabilise filter. Can someone please tell me if stabilise works for them and if it does what version of avidemux are they using ?
