Frameserving from Vegas (Debugmode)

Hello, i have used Vegas(9.0c) and Frameserve debug Mode in order to encode my video in Virtual Dub with H264. But since it only allows AVI format, i wanted to encode in MP4  in order to reproduce on my TV (my tv doesnt allow h.264 for avi, and i dont want to use Xvid since its more heavier.
The problem is, that whn i open the avi signpost in Avidemux, a green screen appears, there says the duration of video but cant reproduce it at all. So i cant do nothing with it.

There is a special setup in order to get frameserve work in avidemux? If not, any good H264 MP4 encoder that works with frameserver?

avidemux is not using any system video stuff, so video frameserving does not work
The only exception is through avisynth, if you use avidemux + avisynth proxy
