logo in a video

anyone can explains how I can create a logo image to insert i a video with VD?

I'm a newbie myself. I noticed an "Add logo." filter in the filter dialog that's described as:

"Put a logo on top of video, with alpha blending"

D.-clicking that there's a window that asks for a jpeg-file (open path) plus X-, Y- and alpha-values.
That seems to be what you 're looking for, isn't it?
