Lavcodec: mp4v2 save frames beyond a marked keyframe [ B]

- ubuntu 14.04.1 64-bit
- avidemux 2.6.8 build with commit 8057acf97494389fd4567092822cbafc4f2121bf
- with Video display: x11 (Lavcodec Lavf54.63.104)
- no HW Accel

with downloaded mp4 video from y..t.be
- go forward a couple of key frames (up arrow)
- mark this point with [A ]
- go forward again a couple of key frames (up arrow)
- mark with [ B]
- set video and audio to copy
- set Output Format to MP4v2 Muxer
- save the marked video
close above video

- load newly created video
- copy and paste several times at end of video.
- now save video: pop up window: Question

The video is in copy mode but the cut points are not on keyframes.
The video will be saved but there will corruption at cut point(s).
Do you want to continue anyway ?

This seems not to be happening with
