I have downloaded version 2.8.0 and I have detected that it does not implement the "Delogo" filter.

Is this true?
Can it be implemented somehow?

First of all, please update to the latest 2.8.1 nightly.

2.8.0 and later builds have not just one but two delogo filters (the old "MPlayer Delogo2" and the new Delogo HQ courtesy of szlldm). Please make sure you install Avidemux into an empty directory and never run multiple instances simultaneously.

I'd also try opening the same file in a different build of Avidemux if you haven't already. I've run into a couple of cases where a newer nightly handled a file that the stable version struggled with. It can be a quick way to confirm whether it's a file issue or something that's already been fixed.
