Cannot find a demuxer for BMP files

When trying to open a BMP file (part of a series), I get a message that it can't find the appropriate demuxer.



I'm running Win7 x64 and this happens on 2.6.0, 2.6.1, 2.6.4 and latest nightly, both win32 and win64 variants.

Version 2.5.4 had a weird bug where it seemed that all the BMP frames were loaded, but the preview screen was black and any video I tried to save was made of green frames. To make it work I discovered I had to load any filter (e.g. frame resize) and then remove it; after which the BMPs would open correctly. 2.5.6 worked ok from the first try.

don't use 2.6 for working with pictures, 2.5 is doing a better job at this.
